The Bravers is a public association of veterans, volunteers and specialists from various fields created to promote the worthy adaptation of veterans to peaceful life after service and to encourage the state to make progressive changes. Our team consists of veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war, volunteers, members of the university communities of NaUKMA, IAPM, KSU named after Borys Grinchenko, public procurement experts, specialists of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service and heads of legal entities under public law. We know how state and municipal bodies work, where there are gaps in management and bottlenecks in regulation, and we are able to develop specific tools for change based on analytics and theory.
We believe that the realized potential of veterans and volunteers is the key to a strong state. The successful reintegration of defenders directly strengthens the economy, strengthens communities, and increases the resilience of our entire society.
Areas of activity
We are working to strengthen the role of veterans and volunteers in public administration and the recovery processes of Ukraine. Our activities are aimed at creating sustainable mechanisms for integrating veterans into the public service system, transforming the institutional culture of government and business, and developing public control over the use of public resources.
By combining analytics, training, and practical support, we create an environment in which war experience is transformed into management capacity, leadership, and decision-making responsibility at the national and local levels.
Public service for veterans
We develop and implement a system of supporting veterans from internship to employment in state and local government bodies. We help adapt military skills to public administration standards.

Training for public authorities
We provide recommendations to public authorities on how to properly work with veterans. We advise on issues of adaptation, reintegration, and transformation of organizational culture in public institutions.

Developing the leadership potential of veterans and volunteers
We help veterans and volunteers control budget funds and communicate with the state. Our goal is to develop the leadership potential of veterans and volunteers, as well as minimize corruption risks in communities through real control over the reconstruction of Ukraine.
